Treatments

Cryotherapy (cryoplasty)
How does the procedure work?
During cryotherapy, the body surface is cooled in a short period of time (up to 3 minutes) to low and ultra-low temperatures (from -70°C to -130°C) in such a way as to avoid frostbite on the skin surface and general hypothermia of the body.
General cryotherapy has an effect on the patient that is somewhat different from hypothermic procedures, including winter swimming. The procedure does not put as much strain on the human thermoregulatory system, does not cause high stress, does not cause a high release of adrenaline, an increase in blood pressure and heart rate. Thanks to this, cryotherapy can be performed without special training, has no age restrictions, and allowed even if you are prone to colds.
During local cryotherapy, part of the patient’s body is covered with cooling elements or blown with a stream of cooled air.

Phonophoresis uses the effect of mechanical vibrations with a frequency of over 16 kHz on the tissue. They provide a kind of micromassage to the cells, penetrating to a depth of 4-6 cm.
Phonophoresis is used in aesthetic medicine and for rejuvenation, moisturizing the face, and cleansing the skin. Phonophoresis introduces cosmetic substances into the skin that help with aging and fatigue, wrinkles and clogged pores. At the same time, micromassage and lymphatic drainage occur – during phonophoresis, the skin is tightened, muscles are toned, nerve endings are stimulated, creating a lifting effect. The rejuvenating effect of phonophoresis is also achieved through micro-warming of tissues and increased oxygen supply to the muscles and skin of the face.
Phonophoresis is the optimal procedure for facial skin that is too dry and too sensitive to chemical or mechanical influence. However, ultrasonic phonophoresis is performed for any skin type for any age category; only the operating modes of the device change.
The cosmetic effect of phonophoresis is comparable to a lifting procedure – the nutrition of skin tissue improves, subcutaneous muscles and connective tissue are toned, the skin tightens and becomes elastic.
