Injection procedures

Facial contouring (lips, cheekbones, nasolabial fold)
External signs of aging appear at the age of 30–40 years.
The skin becomes flabbier and drier, the facial contour sags, cheekbones and lips become less expressive, nasolabial folds appear, and the corners of the mouth droop.
The essence of facial contouring is filling defects such as wrinkles, folds, and volume lost with age with special filler gels. The main component for the procedure is fillers with hyaluronic acid.
Hyaluronic acid comes in different concentrations – high molecular weight and low molecular weight. The higher the molecular weight, the denser the concentration.
At a concentration above 1 mg/ml, a viscous gel (filler) is formed, which is used in contouring and contains 23 mg/ml hyaluronic acid.
Thanks to the anti-age effect of hyaluronic acid, the skin remains more hydrated, elastic, and radiant. The procedure is indicated at any age if there are visible signs of aging.
Facial contouring allows you to:
- Eliminate wrinkles, folds, post-acne.
- Correct facial asymmetry.
- Model the contour of the face and the tip of the nose.
- Increase volume and improve the shape of lips, cheekbones, chin.
- Facial contouring eliminates such common defects as:
- Folds between the eyebrows.
- "Crow's feet".
- Drooping corners of the mouth.
- Transverse wrinkles on the forehead.
- Nasolabial folds.

Botox (eyes, eyebrows, forehead)
Botox injections are probably the most famous and discussed procedure in aesthetic medicine. The most common thing for which botulinum toxin preparations (Botox) are used in aesthetic medicine and are successfully treated are expression wrinkles on the face: on the forehead, between the eyebrows, in the eye area, nose, and in some cases on the chin.
In addition to its high proven effectiveness, Botox has other general advantages:
- Quick noticeable results. The first changes can be observed within 1–3 days. And the full effect is achieved in 7–14 days.
- Painless. Botox injections are made using a very thin insulin needle. The sensation of injections with it is usually compared to a mosquito bite.
- Short duration of the procedure. Apart from the mandatory preliminary examination by a doctor and consultation, the Botox injection procedure itself lasts 10–15 minutes.
- Botox can be injected at any time of the year.
The disadvantages of Botox usually include a short duration of action – from 3 to 6 months, and the presence of contraindications.
However, contraindications for Botox are quite standard and are similar to contraindications for most cosmetic procedures:
- Pregnancy and lactation period.
- Allergy to the components of the drug.
- Inflammation at the injection site.
- Infectious diseases or the stage of exacerbation of chronic ones.
- Oncology.
- Low blood clotting.
- Severe myopia.
It is worth considering Botox injections when expression lines become visible at rest. For some this happens at 25 years old, for others at 35 or even 40. Much depends on genetics, skin condition, and lifestyle.
Formally, you can use Botox from the age of 18. The recommended procedure interval is 6 months.

Biorevitalization
The duration of the procedure is about 1 hour.
Biorevitalization is rightfully considered one of the most effective procedures aimed at combating skin aging and overall improvement of skin condition. Injections of hyaluronic acid help cope with age-related changes of the skin, restoring its beauty and health.
Hyaluronic acid is a natural component in the body that forms the basis of the intercellular substance (dermis) and is responsible for the elasticity of the skin. It is produced by connective tissue cells – fibroblasts. Hyaluronic acid has the most important properties for slowing down the aging process: the ability to retain moisture and elasticity, attracting water molecules. Hyaluronic acid absorbs moisture and distributes it throughout the cells of the body.
In this case, positive changes will last from 1 to 1.5 years.
Advantages of biorevitalization
Firstly, biorevitalization has a healing and rejuvenating effect on the skin without disturbing the natural processes of the body. This is possible due to the similarity of the hyaluronic acid included in the preparations used with the natural hyaluronic acid produced by the body.
Secondly, biorevitalization allows to tighten the skin, make it more elastic, remove wrinkles and at the same time do so without surgical intervention.
Thirdly, the hyaluronic acid injection procedure is low-traumatic and quite safe. To administer the drug, the doctor uses very thin needles that penetrate the subcutaneous layer with minimal damage to the skin. At the same time, the use of an anesthetic helps prevent pain: before the procedure, a special cream is applied to the skin.
Another plus: the session time is quite short. One procedure takes no more than an hour.
The next argument in favor of biorevitalization is the long-term preservation of the result. To achieve the desired effect, 4–6 procedures are required with an interval of 1 time every 2 weeks. In this case, positive changes will last from 1 to 1.5 years.
Indications
- Dryness and dehydration of the skin, a decrease in its elasticity, occurring both due to age-related changes and for other reasons. A more effective moisturizer than hyaluronic acid has not yet been created.
- Fine wrinkles, deterioration of any type of skin (dry, oily) caused by the damaging effects of ultraviolet radiation, smoking, stress, etc. The appearance of the first signs of aging is associated with a decrease in the content of hyaluronic acid in the skin. Biorevitalization is recommended not only to combat existing manifestations of aging, but also to prevent their occurrence.
- Injured skin, the need to accelerate its recovery after laser resurfacing, medium chemical peels, and plastic surgery. Hyaluronic acid is a component necessary for cell division, which actively occurs during healing. After an injury, the concentration of this acid at the area of injury increases naturally; adding it from the outside speeds up this process and, accordingly, the healing itself.
- Ultraviolet irradiation. Biorevitalization is used both to prepare the skin for ultraviolet irradiation and to combat its consequences. Hyaluronic acid both protects cells from free radicals formed under the influence of ultraviolet radiation and moisturizes the skin, which intensively loses moisture due to high ambient temperatures and ultraviolet irradiation.
- Unhealthy skin color, dull skin tone, age spots, dark circles under the eyes. Melanin is the skin pigment responsible for its color; in addition, it also performs an antioxidant function. Therefore, areas of the skin exposed to increased oxidative stress are prone to excess pigmentation. Biorevitalization increases the antioxidant protection of the hyperpigmented area and helps restore its color. Rapid removal of focal hyperpigmentation can be achieved through a combination of various methods: medium peeling, biorevitalization and the use of agents that suppress the formation of melanin.
